When used appropriately, our site will not disclose your name or other identifying information. We will only provide the information in the resume area as well as salary, education and other criteria as indicated on the Job Seeker registration page. Certain information may be used to match search criteria without being disclosed to Employers. Information in the "Confidential" section of the Job Seeker registration, such as your name, address and e-mail addresses are not disclosed to Employers or any other parties, thereby protecting your identity. You are REQUIRED to remove your name, address, telephone numbers and e-mail address from the information pasted in the resume section as it can be viewed by Employers.

Post and Edit Your Resume

You can edit your information and resume at any time, or place your resume registration in an "Inactive Status" once you find new employment. "Inactive Status" means we will retain the information in our files, but it will not be disclosed to Employers. You can then restart your search by making your resume "active" without having to reenter all of the information.

How Our Service Works
Employers who see your information and "blind" resume, will contact you via e-mail through our site (your e-mail address will not be disclosed). The e-mail will be sent to you along with the Employer's name and information. After reviewing, you can decide if you are interested in that Employer. If so, you can contact the employer directly or send them an e-mail stating your interest and providing your name, address, phone numbers and e-mail address to the Employer so they can contact you to set up an interview.

Search Job Postings
Search through the job postings, targeting your search by job classification, experience, education, location and other criteria.
Because our service is confidential, we do not disclose the name or contact information of the Employers.

If you find a job that is of interest to you, you may contact the Employer via e-mail through our site, WITHOUT disclosing your identity or e-mail address. An e-mail will be sent to that Employer with a link to your information and "blind' resume. The Employer can then review your information and, if interested, respond by sending you a confidential e-mail (your e-mail address will not be disclosed). Once you receive an e-mail from the Employer, you can contact the employer directly or send them an e-mail stating your interest and providing your name, address, phone numbers and e-mail address to the Employer so they can contact you to set up an interview.
